whoppee! the com is finally back! for good. haha.
anyway, these past two days have been seriously hectic. hmm...on monday...it all started off with science prac. okay lah. it actually went quite well....i don't think there'll be a repeat of last year where i totally flunked the whole thing. haha. but well. anyways. after that....was the drama presentation thing! ahhh! it was hilarious! and we had the time of our lives acting and just having fun! it turned out to be great! 2M was high in spirits! and then....was our FIESTA @ CEDAR! omg! it was really great! the decorations and ambience was really nice. and the band....you guys seriously rocked. and not to mention the food man, delicious! and the great hosts .and the wonderful waitresses!!! ahhh!
yeah, my mom happned to be one of the guests there and yep, she loved it SO SO SO much. and then embarassing moment for me. me, hali and aqila sang fly me to the moon with the band in front of everyone! ahhhh! it was so weird. cos we were singing at a diff key than the band itself! so basically, it was a disaster. but well. nevertheless, it was great fun! in my opinion, 2M is really not about how perfect everything is and quality. we just wanna have fun and be enthusiastic about everything. and naturally when that happens, everything turns out to be perfect! yay! :D
then after that. went for LISS with cheryl in the night. it was the last session before the real praying over session and stuff so yeah. we had to say goodbye to all our sharing groups... :( and man, i can't wait for next week! its gonna be really. wow. cool. haha. after that, we all went to have supper. daniel soo joined us and we all had a nice great time. yep. and well... yesterday....jerome lee's mom passed away... :( and that brings me to today!
so after school today,jolyn, hali, khai, lingyu, dionne and me went to PP macs. believe it or not. we actually did all our homework there! :0! haha. it was really good lah. studying in a group like that. i never thought i could study in macdonalds. but yeah. did it! after that, we went to the spider web and we met liang you! and this time, we actually talked to him! haizz...he's a bit...weird. haha. and wth?! he's actually 19! and he's from some special school and he smokes! ahhh! so irritating these people. GLOBAL WARMING! but well i just pity him lah. he's like such a timid guy whose just trying to fit in. :( we also met cute gerald today and all his friends from SA rugby team. and he's like P4 and wth?! for a P4 boy, his vocab of vulgarities is spectacular. haha. but he's damn cute lah. we just had fun with him and his friends. they are damn rough lah. they'll just jump on one another and start i dunno whacking each other up. haha. super cute!
after that, i go home for just like 3 minutes and the next thing i know, i'm going back to serangoon to meet cheryl and debby. we went to jerome's mom's wake. we had a pretty hard time finding his house though. haha. anyway, we finally reached. and jerome was waving at us. his eyes were all puffy but he seemed okay on the outside. dunno abt the inside though. he was with a bunch of friends and they were just talking to him. he welcomed us and stuff. oh yeah. by the way, this is like my second wake i'm going for in a week okay. haha. before this was my great grand father? or wait. uncle? dunno. haha. but somehow it that house everybody was so sad and crying and crying. but in jerome's house, the whole atmosphere was merry and noisy. his mom's coffin was lying there. his dad welcomed us in and we prayed for a while. his mom is really quite pretty....but i think everyone's glad that she's in a better place lah. cos she was suffering for over 5 years of cancer. and she's finally at peace. so thats good. but well, after the funeral is when they will have to face the reality. now jerome and his family looked like they were coping well. we talked to him for a while and made sure he was alright and stuff....and then we left.
its funny. how people go just like that. like hello? 2 wakes in 3 days?!?! so i guess the only thing i can say is just always BE READY cos you'll never know. haha.
after that, the 3 of us went to heartland mall and had dinner and then went back to s'goon gdens. we decided to go to church and just then, we bumped into anthony. and we talked just talked for a long time. so so so weird. but it was nice talking to him. he was also going for the wake. its so ncie to see. the church community is so loving and caring. i mean okay lah, we're not like jerome's very very very close friends or anything, but we still went and he was really happy to see us.
cheryl and i prayed in the adoration room until 10 plus. it was so calm and peaceful in there. i love it there man. and then we walked back home, and we then kieran joined us from behind and we all walked home together as blandford untited. once again....
haha, since they all came back from the taiwan soccor trip, all of them have been sick! they are all down with flu! haha. kirean was coughing all the way home. haha. bird flu? haha.
but yeah....thats about it. super exhausted man....
