G'day mates! back from down under after a week! haha...well, my holiday was just awesome...went to melbourne and gold coast....
MELBOURNE
wow...it was really cool...we stepped out the airport to find it so damn cold man. natural air conditioning is good! haha.i looked up to the sky. it was around 9pm and the sun was setting. but what surprised me even more...is that. there was absolutely no clouds in the sky...thats really rare in singapore huh...
We went to queen victoria market.the stuff there is okay lah. fairly cheap too. but not like singapore's pasar malams. haha... but still, since its me we're talking about, i still bought a hell lot of stuff. haha
the food there is damn ex. seriously. a plate of noodles can cost $7.50! my god. haha...and we're not talking about some expensive restaurant. i'm talking about a normal food court!haha . In singapore, its like $3 or $4?
another thing that was murder was the bloody flies. They were all over us. There are more flies in Melbourne's summer than there is in a Malaysian Hawker centre. seriously... we tried repellent but it doesen't work!
so we spent a few days in melbourne. exploring the place. we went to the suburbs by train. shopping there was great cos it was cheap... haha...we also celebrated my bros birthday with a small cake, which tasted awful. haha...I really pity him. cos he's turning 18 and he doesent' have anything specail planed for him, only after we get back. haha
and then we had to fly on virgin blue to gold coast n gold coast is jus wicked awesome lah.. the waves. the sun. the sand. the sea. awesome....the guys there were hot too! haha...I made friends with loads of aussies. 
They are friendly people. Here's a pic of me in the hotel at gold coast. it was so cool! really big. and beach front!!! The weather there was awesome too. Hot, but not that hot. Not humid. Windy. it rocked.
I tried surfing too. but i sucked at it...but it was fun. letting those huge waves of surfers paradies push you around. haha...wheee. i love the ocean!!!!
The theme parks there were great. We went to Dreamworld and Wet n' wild, a water theme park. I loved that. met loads of people there. We also went to cavillion mall. which has all the nighlife in there. all the bars, hard rock cafe and all. Since it was a saturday night and all, and it was around 10pm, they were all getting drunk at the bars. So, it was so amusing to see them. haha...the stared standing on tables and dancing. kissing each other. it was absolutely disgusting. haha.
But yeah, the whole experience was FUN!
